Tricom Station Interface cards TSI-16, TSI-32 integrates Computer Telephony and Analog telephone devices including touch tone telephones, agent headsets, modems and fax machines.
A conferencing feature enables applications to establish conference calls across DIVA servers and the station devices connected on the TSI-32. An external TSI Power module provides loop current to local telephones through TSI line interface circuit.
The system can handle multiple stations calls simultaneously. Balanced lines ensure voice quality on the telephone up to 2000mts from the host PC.
TSI stations support normal PSTN Phones. Using CTI cards & the TSI - 32 Series cards many CTI applications can be built. TSI cards consist of a baseboard & daughter cards. The base card contains DSP and station interface circuits.
